The maxmium PP honeycomb dimension is 5x10(feet)(3000x1500mm). We recommended the honeycomb dimension of container transport is 2300x1150mm. This size maximize the use of container space and maximize the saving in transport costs.

Please be aware our company can supply the different weight of non-woven fabric tissue and core size for PP honeycomb plate. Generally the type classified by diameter: PP8t30, PP8t60, PP8T60F, PP12T30, PP12T30F, PP12T60, PP12T60F AND ETC.

T30 both side of honecomb plae composite with 30g/m² Tissue, it can prohibit parts of epoxy resin or glue from leaking into the cell.


Both sides of T60 honeycomb plate consists of 60g/m² Tissue, it has a stronger resistance to glue or epoxy resin or glue to leaking into the cell when compared to the T30 reducing the amount of bond needed.

Both sides of T60F honeycomb plate consist of 60g/m² And PP film. This panel is primarily used for special application of honeycomb and tissue.
